Rare Wizard Hat

Ello, players of Animal Jam! Today there is one new item, and in case you didn't read the title, it's a hat. 

This is a rare item monday item from last April. They are sold in the Sarepia hat shoppe, just as pricy as they used to be. I still have mine from last year.

I wonder if they'll make this "Hatapalooza" a yearly thing. To me it just seems like something AJHQ hastily decided just to add something new. What do you think? Comment below. :)

Ice Banner

Hi jammers! There is one new item today, as on most days. It is a rereleased furniture item.

These banners with a variety of colors and symbols on them are from last year. They are unfortunately only available for members, but otherwise they're pretty cool. 

Since there isn't much else to tell you about, here is another one of my drawings. It's a picture of Wheatley from my favorite game, Portal 2.

RIM- Rare Cowboy Hat

Hi Jammers! I'm back with today's small daily update. :)

This Rare Item Monday is sold on the first page in Jam Mart Clothing.
Although being my favorite color, I don't think I will buy it. It's pretty overpriced, even for a RIM. I don't even think I have the time to buy it…

When I posted that picture of a squirrel I got some feedback. Three comments on one post! Much more than usual. ^_^
I think I'll regularly put up some of my art here. Although not all of it is animal related. I'm very passionate about drawing even if I'm not as good as I want to be at it. My favorite things to draw are from imagination. :D

Okay, now I've gone a wee bit off topic. But what other Animal Jam stuff is there to talk about right now?

Football & Squirrel

Hi jammers! Today there are two new items; a non member furniture item and a rare hat for members only.

Instead of posting a picture of just the item, today I want to show you how it looks like in a den. :)
It looks like AJHQ decided to add some sports related stuff to Jam Mart Furniture. I think it says "Jamaa Football League" on it.

The second item is sold in the Shiveer hat shop.

Strange coloring, but cool!

A couple Jammers wanted me to post some of my artwork. I drew a whole lot, but today I will show you a quick drawing I did yesterday of a squirrel.

What should I name this squirrel? Comment below! :)

Shoal of Minnows

Hello Jammers! The new item of the day is sold in Sunken Treasures of Kani Cove. :)

Like the jellies, these pretty fish move around in your underwater den, but they don't stray too far from their shoal. 
Hey, I just noticed something. the group of minnows is shaped like a fish. :D

Sorry for not being online as much as I used to. The reason for that is not because I lost interest and am going towards quitting. It's only because I got a stylus that I can use easier on my Art Studio app. I'm spending a lot of time drawing.

Fire Pot & Neon Chicken

Hello animal jammers! Today there are two new items, and as usual they are both rereleased.

These (most recently) went on clearance probably sometime in… mid August? I'm not sure.
This fire pot looks great in most dens, and comes in a variety of colors. :)

NEON CHICKEN

These weird hats that originated from the Leap Year Party are currently up for sale in the Canyons Pathway hat shop. AJHQ is bringing back stuff from the Leap Year Party. I thought that these items wouldn't be around for another four years… What do you think?

I saw this in Jamaa Township the other day. No offense to Sailor Moon fans, but I thought it was hilarious.

Magical Jellies!

Hey jammers! Today's item is new, underwater, and just plain cute!

There are times when I wish I didn't recycle my underwater den. This is one of them.

Golden Royal Cape

Hello players of Animal Jam! Today (as usual) there is one new item and a new hat. 

Pricy! Well, it wont be too difficult to buy considering it's incredibly easy to get gems these days.


The new hat is in the hat shop of Sarepia Forest. It is a rereleased rare item from last leap-year party.

I've noticed a recent drop in views. Is it because there's rarely any interesting content, or is it because I post too late? Please comment if you have any helpful suggestions.

RIM: Fancy Top Hat

Hi jammers! Today is monday, and in case you are new and don't know what monday means, it means that there is a ''rare'' item in one of the shops.

It can be for members only or everyone, but they're usually available just for members. They are frequently very expensive.

When I first saw this hat I thought, "Something for non members!" only to realize the lock on the lower left corner. Why does this hat have to be for members only?

Oh, and just a quick bit of info; you can now view how many days you have left of membership in the settings. An example:

I have a good 96 days left of membership. Yay. :)

Return of the Elephant Shoji Screens!

Hello jammers! Today there is not much new but two items; a rereleased popular furniture item and a colorful hat. :)

After a long wait, these finally came out again! When they went on clearance I bought around 15 of these on my storage, because really, you'll want at least one at some point.

This hat is sold in the hat shop in Mt. Shiveer. Not my favorite colors, but a cool item.

There is also a wall paper that I missed telling you about earlier. It is sold at the back of the Jam Mart Furniture catalog.

Lots of rares are coming out. Some jammers in 2012 wanted them to come out, so they did. AJHQ does listen to us.

Two Hats and a Sled

Hi jammers, sorry for not posting yesterday. I wasn't really in the mood and partially forgot. Sorry. 

The new item of yesterday was/is sold in Jam Mart Furniture.

A dog sled. :) Very cute.

There are two new hats today, and one is for non members and new!

It's sold in Epic Wonders for some reason, and is ridiculously expensive, but cute. It's been a long while since anything new and for non members has been sold, and I and many others think this is a cool hat. I walked into Jamaa and found that about 92 % of the jammers there were wearing raccoon hats.

The next hat used to be a Monday rare, I believe.

What is the point of Rare Item Monday if it's items come out later?

Hatapalooza Update!

  Hello Jammers! Today is the biweekly update, this time it was completely unexpected.

A hat party! Sounds fun :)
For this little celebration of head accessories, hat shops are scattered around Jamaa, each selling different hats!
Right now, there are three shops. One in Mt. Shiveer, one in Sarepia Forest, and one in the Canyons Pathway.

Yes they are! And in every color from beta Animal Jam!
Hopefully this will help stop the "I'm rare, you're not." teasing thing that I kept seeing a while ago.

Speaking of items, each and every Jamaaliday item has vanished without warning! Did the person/people responsible for putting the items on clearance forget or did they stop doing that altogether?

Epic Wonder's new thing is birthstones! I love this idea a whole lot, except it would be a bit nicer if the stones were non member too.
I like these because instead of putting something like the vanity mirror in Epic Wonders, they're actually selling things that qualify as epic and wonderful!

After all of this time, the Jamaaliday music and decorations have been taken down, but there's still snow on the ground and winter to enjoy. :)

Hey Jammers, today I was looking through Animal Jam because I hadn't much to do, and found a complete list of every single achievement you can earn.

Hmm, an achievement I saw there said;

"Polls Answer The Call! - answer 15 calls of the wild"

Huh? Whats that? Am I just not in on something, or is it an unreleased feature?

New Tablet

Hello players of Animal Jam! The new item of the day is a technological furniture item sold in where else, but Jam Mart Furniture.

Hey, wanna hear something I've noticed about new devices? They're making them thinner. They want them to appear more attractive, yes, but they are ALSO making them thinner so they break easily.
Think about it. If someone with a thin tablet broke it in half because they were playing Fruit Ninja too vigorously, they'd probably say "Whoops! Time to save up for another!" Or "NO!! MY PRECIOUS BABY!! I must buy another this instant!"
That's one way how the companies make money. I've even heard that they discontinued selling sturdy iPad1's in stores.

...Alrighty, back to Animal Jam related stuff. This virtual tablet is, while expensive, fun. I've heard it was even interactive. :)

Brown Tile

Hi Jammers! Sorry for not posting yesterday, I had some stuff I had to do. 
I really try my best to post daily. 
I don't have a picture, but the item which was new yesterday was a monday rare. I think it was some weird neon orange shoes.

The item of today is sold at the back of the Jam Mart Furniture catalog. 

This 400 gem flooring can only be bought by (sadly) members.
I used to have one of these, I think I traded it because I didn't like it much.
This is exactly similar to the extremely rare non member tan carpet. Only a bunch of them are known to exist in Animal Jam.

Ice Block

Hellu players of Animal Jam! The icy new item is sold in Jam Mart Furniture. 

Yes! This item is for all Jammers, cheap, and really fun!

How is a block of ice fun?

You could try to build with them, or if you have enough you can arrange them to create your username in your den! It may sound lame, but it's not (at least to me.) I've done that before on my storage account. :)
