"Rare" Item Monday

Hey Jammers!!!!1! Today is Monday, so you know what that means??? It means that every week a rare it–

Oh.

Oh.

So it's one of those days, huh. This is basically just the same regular Leprechaun Hat except with a slight change in the color of the hat's band to a subtle puke green, which is apparently worth 450 gems more. Alright, AJHQ. Alright. Whatever you say.

And what (I think) is hilarious is that AJHQ placed the R.I.M. directly underneath the non rare version, just so the people that buy it know exactly how much rarer it is than the hat above. 

In other news that you probably care about more (if not slightly), I have a few recently taken screenshots that may interest you.

This first one is a cutesy nonmember den arrangement at a trading party:

I'm gonna tag this post under "Nonmember" just because of this picture. Gotta stay organized.

The next one is a little thingy I found at the land animal Adventure Base Camp:

This is at the bottom of the plateau-like thing the Base Camp is situated on, right next to the portal to the Underwater Base Camp. I hadn't ever noticed it until now and when I first did I thought it was going to be a weird underground cave/burrow base camp. It's probably just a place that a new adventure portal is going to be, but still that's cool! New things are usually good. :)

The final one is a new sing along type of Sarepia Theaters video that no one really noticed:

It's at the back of the video case right next to Geckos! as if it's been here the whole time. Yep.

Happy Pi Day! :D

Hey Jammers! It's finally the weekend and not only that, but the much-looked-forward-to Pi Day weekend!

We have a wide array of Pi Day items today. But you wanna know the absolute best part?

They're all 100% nonmember!

We have a table shaped like the Pi symbol, an actual Pi pie, a giant Pi statue, some small Pi figurines on a string, a Pi rug, and some sort of golden Pi decoration. Mathematical. :P

HINT: You can't do this if you're a member, but if you're a member you can change the colors! The statue will have vines on it.

I was hoping for some more math-related items, like some cute school supplies-ish stuff. That would really make it easier and more fun for role-play schools. But really, the stuff we have now is still amazing! I wish all the seasonal items were nonmember. :D

And who knows what could come from tomorrow?

Anyway, I promised you in that Mini Contest that I would feature whoever commented first. So here is Carrot80948 with their findings about wearing the Lucky Head Flower while playing The Hive!

Buddy of the Month – March 2015!

Peoples234 is a fairly recently added friend of mine, but I can tell that we will be buddies for a long while from now! They're really kind and infinitely positive even when situations seem boring. They're honestly just a little ray of light and I am incredibly happy to be able to talk with them. :)

Lucky Head Flower – Mini Contest!

Hey Jammers, happy Monday! (or at least I hope it will be) 

But Monday is off to an okay start because today's Rare Item Monday is 1, green (my favorite color, if you couldn't already tell ;D) and 2, nonmember!

Really pretty, right? Finally we have a green head flower. :D

And according to this notice from AJHQ I got moments before checking Jam Mart Clothing, it can apparently help you battle phantoms/get prizes in The Hive...?

Either AJHQ is just playing with us or wearing the flower while playing The Hive makes it emit some toxic pollen that drives the phantoms away. Or, AJHQ could be referencing getting lucky when it comes to prizes.

Play Wild WEBSITE!

Hey Jammers! Today's post will be a simple and quick one because I was planning on taking a day off from blogging today, but I just found out some very helpful info about Play Wild that I think all of you will really benefit from:

Play Wild (beta) now has an official website with screenshots, buttons, and very valuable information!

Previously, the whole idea of Play Wild was shrouded in confusion and maybe that's why on my official Play Wild post a ton of you were asking a lot of questions answered already in the post. But be confused no more, because now you can get instructions for beta testing in the push of a button at playwild.animaljam.com! 

But before you get too excited: no, this isn't an easier way to play Play Wild on a computer. For that you need to already get into beta testing as well as have the device needed.

My advice to those who don't have what they need to beta test: Play Wild will be released to the public fairly soon, like in a few updates from now. Just wait it out until then and doubtless it will come out on other devices!
