Update Summary
With the start of a new year, the Jamaaliday celebrations and decorations have wrapped up, but the New Years parties are still in full swing. Owls are back for the season, so you can bring yours to the secret flying area in the Play-as-your-pet party. The snow fort is back at the den shop as well. However, one question remains: what does that feather mean? Is it a sign that there will be a new sky area? Is it a sign of a new item? Is it something hidden somewhere in Jamaa? What do you think?

Den of the Month
As you may have already noticed from the note on the sidebar, I've stopped doing Buddy of the Month and have moved on to den of the month, suggested by catlover25. Through the comments, you can tell me your AJ username and unlock your den, and by a proposed date I'll choose which of the ones submitted will be AJ Stream's den of the month. If no one comments, then I will choose a den of my friend's. The winner will be posted on the Buddy of the Month page, which I will still keep up, but made a separate section on the page for Den of the Month.
For January's featured den, I'm looking for someone with one of those Cosmo dens that can be bought at the Diamond Shop, but it's not a requirement.
The due date to comment your user name is January 20th, 2014.

Heyyo! I love it when you guys comment. I'm always checking for more, so even if you comment on an older post I'll definitely see it and try to respond. :)
