Hey animals! There are two new items today. One sold in Epic Wonders, and the other sold in the April Fools party "food" shop.

Both are members only, but I'm really liking the milk shake hat. The April Fools clothing shop just seems like a "put food on your head" shop. XD

I really want to add to the wall of photos. Spring is beginning where I am and there are all sorts of insects and birds coming out. :)

It's two days until April 1st! Which means the April fools party is just around the corner–

You start out in the yard of a castle ignoring the laws of gravity.

Go around the corner to find the clothing shop, selling hamburgers, fries, huge chunks of cheese... You decide which one you want.

You can find the den shop around the corner from where you first enter.

Nonmember Den Tricks – Serene Springtime Yard

So far on the poll on AJ Stream's sidebar, one of the most requested posting subject was "Nonmember Den/Clothing Tricks," and since I haven't done a den trick post in a long time, I decided to do one today! I'm planning to do one every Saturday.

Odd Day in Jamaa

I just logged on today to see what was going on in Aldan, and I was a little surprised by this:

Ok, first of all, this is Aldan: the notoriously overpopulated trading and scamming server where everyone says "XD" a lot. 

What's wrong with the picture?

Only a few (compared to the normal group) animals are here, and not many people are talking. This may only have to do with the latest update, but still.

If things couldn't get any weird enough, I checked my mailbox and I got two Jam a Grams. A little abnormal, but then I read them and...

umm...

Mystical Orb + AJ Maintenance

Hi Jammers! The new item of today is sold in Jam Mart Furniture.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but was this not originally sold in the Leap Year Party? The items sold then were not supposed to come out again until another leap year in 2016. But already we have the lion plushies, this... what's next?

I'll tell you what's next! A D.E. entry from who other than AJHQ!

I really love how AJ is putting digital AJ art into each post. One thing that kept me playing AJ for two whole years was the great graphics that are unique and well done. ^_^

Anyway, what can be interpreted from this is that server or room capacity is being increased! This is great for everyone. Great for AJ because this game is getting so successful that they need to increase server capacity, and great for us because maybe after this maintenance... just maybe we can get into Jamaa Township in Aldan.

I'm going to put up a poll or two on the blog. I've been noticing a drop in viewers, so I want to know what you think I should post! :)

Appondale Mystery!

Nonmember Outfit Ideas – Happy Springtime!

After a long, chilly winter, springtime is finally here in Jamaa! Flowers are blooming and the ladybugs have returned to the township. 

Spring is all about a colorful awakening after months of grey. The grey of winter skies can get to us, so when the flowers bloom, you can even feel the color as well as feel your spring allergies creeping up on you! X)

I recently cleaned up the items around my account, and by cleaning up I mean recycling pretty much everything. I do this once things I don't want pile up in my inventory. I send my few rares to good friends and recycle everything else. It's almost like making a new account without all of the hassle and explanations!

For these nonmember outfit ideas, I don't use many items, and the items I do use are inexpensive, non colored, and nonmember. What REALLY makes your animal special is colors! And since Springtime is all about colors, what better way to start than to change up your animal's coloring a bit?

Feel free to use any of these on your wolves, horses, rhinos, or any other animal without credit. ^_^

Quick Update!

Hey animals! During this biweekly update, the lucky party decorations have been swept from Jamaa, bringing a small– but fun –update.

Jamaa Journal

Update Summary

Just a simple four paged Jamaa Journal. More attention is drawn to pandas becoming (temporarily?) endangered, which from what I'm seeing isn't raising much concern among others. Anyway, banners are set up around Jamaa with quick facts about endangered animals for you to learn. I dare you to find all of them! ;)

The new adventure, The Search for Greely is out for all members of Animal Jam. Did Greely survive the volcanic eruption of phantom evil? Only you can find out!

With March drawing to a hopefully green and flowering close, the April Fools party is next in line for Jamaa Celebrations. Prepare for new items, upside down castles, and loads of fun!

• I'm sorry I skipped this months Den of the Month. I was only getting one entry per month, so I assumed people just weren't interested. Buddy of the Month will resume in April.

Pirate Chest, How Long Were You Gone?

Okay, now I'll ACTUALLY get to the item.

The new item of today is the pirate chest. It isn't really popular, and no one really openly admits to liking it, but it's in almost every nonmember den. It's a necessity to us, like toothpaste.

At the same time, it's not popular because– I'll word it better. It's not in demand because pretty much no one notices it's absence. Even when it's gone, it's still there. There's no reason to bring this old chunk of wood into your fancy member den, so why bother going all the way to the chamber of knowledge to see and buy it in person? 

The pirate chest is always there, in our hearts...
