Strange Bow and Arrow Coloration

Hey Jammers! Second post of Halloween. I was in the Township looking for nerd glasses when I saw...

WHAT?

I've never seen this coloration before! Either it's a secret glitch color, or I'm just being ignorant to a new release of Bow and Arrows.

EDIT: I checked the Animal Jam wiki, and apparently they're called Neon Bows! They're rather uncommon, apparently. I'm guessing you get one in adventures!

But "Neon Bow" sounds kind of clunky... what about "Moon Bow" or "Mira Bow"? Those names seem more fitting. It isn't exactly neon, after all.

I NEED ONE SO BAD ;_;

Hey Jammers! The new item is the vampire mask, sold in Jam Mart Clothing, as always.

I love this item a whole lot. It's face is weirdly cute–– also, its eyes are almost as big as it's mouth? What... That's so crazy.

Next up, we have some polar bear spoilers here obtained from who-knows-where.

Wait a minute...

Look at that wave icon near it's eye.

THE POLAR BEARS WILL BE ABLE TO GO TO UNDERWATER LANDS?

It's logical. Polar bears can swim INCREDIBLY well. And just look at those paws, they're so... tiny. 

The recipe for cuteness is with this polar bear. REALLY big arms, with REALLY tiny paws. Amazing.

Anyway, Halloween is coming up soon, for those who celebrate it. Tomorrow, to be exact!

Who Would Wear a Giant Eyeball on their Head?

Hey animals! I'm afraid this will be a very short post. I have to leave soon and even now I'm pushing my luck with being late! I hope you understand that this won't be every day. ^_^;

The new item is sold in Jam Mart Clothing.

This item's a little odd, but I've never really thought of this before. Who would wear a large, staring eyeball on their head? What could it's purpose possibly be? Right next to the spooky holes in the walls, this is the 2nd creepiest item EVER.

Froggy Glitch & Rare Item Monday

Hey Jammers! Today is, sadly, Monday. Monday is the day where (at least to me, but I'm sure some of you can relate) really, the only remotely positive thing is the weekly rare item. And even then, most of the time it's disappointing.

The Rare Item Monday item is sold in Jam Mart Clothing!

Not too weird-looking. If I had to rate this, I'd probably give it a 6 out of 10. Not bad, today. :)

And now that I'm a member, I can actually buy it!

I've gotten back my pet frog (AJ Stream's favicon! :D), my leaf armor, and my green name tag. Unfortunately, a while back I recycled my flag. Remember? The one I always wore on my panda's back? I can't seem to find any in stores OR on trade lists, so if you have a (preferably green or light brown) flag or know anyone that does, just know that I'll be willing to trade fairly for it. =^_^=

But after I set up my tree house, I began experiencing some glitches...

I only have one pet frog, and that frog is Blueberry. It used to be that if you were taking your pet on a walk, it would temporarily disappear from your den. Weird...

I'm updating the "Glitches" page with all of the recent ones I've posted as of yet. So keep checking!

This next thing isn't a glitch, but it's a feature thats unnecessarily member's only. You'd think that with all the money AJ is making that they'd be a bit less unfair to the nonmembers... but here we are.

And of course the chat logs are member's only as well. -_-

Mummy Membership

Hey animals! The new item of today is sold in Jam Mart Clothing.

A Night of the Phantoms classic Members only, but I don't think that will be a problem for a while...

What I'm trying to hint at is the possibility that I'll be getting my membership back. For just a month, of course, but if I like membership better than, well, nonmembership, I'll keep it for longer.

I have enough for about a month, non-renewed, so I think I may do it. I don't really have anything else to spend it on, so...

yeah.

A Glorious NEW Nonmember Item!

Hey Jammers! The new items of today are sold in the sister shops, Jam Mart Clothing and Jam Mart Furniture!

One is member, one is nonmember– but they're both new! The potion set is member's only, and while it's intended to be only Night of the Phantoms-themed, the possibilities are year-round! You can use the potions in a Cosmo den as herbal mixtures, you can use them in a princess den as the secret to your eternal life and beauty– and if you click them, the lids pop off. :3

Regarding the cute trick-or-treat bucket, you can carry it around as you go from land to land in search of sweets! And while the default coloring may be a bit clash-y, you can get a trusted member friend with a lot of gems to buy you a bucket with your favorite colors. :)

Look for treats without having a bucket that messes with your costume!

Wait a minute, I have an idea. It's called trick-or-treat, right? All of the lands in Jamaa currently give out just treats... what if in the Phantom Vortex there was a candy bowl, but you got a trick instead? An angry phantom that chases you around? What about *gasp!* a mystical potion that turns you into a phantom?

QUICK!!! SOMEONE WRITE AJHQ!!!

Hey Jammers! I hope all of you didn't leave me during my two-day break. >_<"

Anyway, the new item of today is sold in Jam Mart Furniture right next to the candy bowl!

A spooky radio! Hmm. If it's a radio, I wonder what music it plays? Answer: Spooky Old Bones 24/7 365 days a year of nonstop spooky. AND YOU CAN'T TURN IT OFF MUAHAHAHA

But seriously though, does it play music once you click it? Somebody comment telling me.

In other news, I have reason to believe that this so-called kangaroo is actually a wallaby!

Okay, a wallaby is rather fluffy, shorter, and a bit cuter.

A Polar Bear in a Snow Storm

Hey Jammers! After obsessive tea drinking and lots of sleep, I've finally gotten over the worst of my cold and now I'm ready to share the update news with you! This update is one of the usual biweekly ones– nothing particularly special here. 

But don't trust me on this! At this point, pointing out the special from the boring with AJ updates for me is like trying to find a polar bear in a snow storm...

It honestly feels like every update the Jamaa Journal cover features an old pet that is now being sold in the Diamond Shop. You know, AJHQ, we aren't THAT wild about diamonds... 

100 more den items!!! For members only, of course. 

Yes, THREE MORE WEEKS! Be sure to to celebrate the last days of the Night of the Phantoms with your buddies! Also, panda, that's a wizard hat. Wizards don't fly with brooms. No wonder you got kicked out of the magic academy...

I think we can all guess what manner of animal will be sticking it's snout in Jamaa soon. Let's just hope they don't go after the seals... :S

And a Night of the Phantoms tradition has surfaced as always right before the end of the festival: trick-or-treating!

I wonder who runs the shops in Jamaa. No one seems to be there... or are they?

I've gotten sick and probably won't be posting for a lot of the week. I'm really sorry and I hope you understand. >.<

Adventures on the German Server

Hey Jammers! This post is gonna be LONG, so I hope you have some time! It will include some new items, new CANDY items, a trip through the german servers (as promised in the header), and some red colored Jamaa Street Fashion. 

The new item of today, I'm guessing, is the haunted bookshelf sold in Jam Mart Furniture.

It's getting really confusing now that AJHQ is releasing 2 to 3 new items every day. And to top it off, they only post the outdated ones on their blog. I'm really sorry if I miss one. ^_^"

But the item itself? It's much like the one in the Science Lab in Bitter Sweets! I wonder if by pulling one of the books a secret room would be opened up...

And now, some more item news! :D

I FINALLY FOUND WHERE THE PUMPKINS HAVE BEEN HIDING!!!

This may be old news, but I have searched FOREVER to find where the jack-o-lanterns were. They're normally in Jam Mart Furniture every year! I guess they would rot if they stayed inside. ô_ô

In other news, I found a really cool candy store, as well as discovered a new Bitter Sweets prize?

I wonder if these statues come with other shamans, too...

There are just so many prizes for Bitter Sweets I can't keep track. >_<

Some might become rare by next October, so stock up while they're fresh!

Yesterday I logged on to my old account to see if I had any items left over, and even though I hadn't set it, it went straight into a German server!

The arctic wolf's name is First Stormwalker. That isn't available on the English version...

I didn't know the phantoms could speak German. But it's surprising they can speak at all– they have no mouth. xD

I had to change it back to English, but it was fun!
