Hey Jammers! I'm so sorry I left on a trip without any notice. I had to get up early, which meant not using the computer a long time, which also meant not using it in the morning... so yeah, in the mess of things I completely forgot this blog existed. I hope you can forgive me and understand I'll never do it again. /).(\

So, I don't think there's anything I need to really catch up on aside from these few new items:

I'm sorry for being so out of it with my blog lately, I swear that once I get my new layout together I'll be posting more, keeping things more organized, etc.

Speaking of which, step one to getting that done is already completed! I've completely finished editing and formatting my background. I'm going to add it in with the rest of my new layout on a (hopefully sooner than later) later date.

I hope you can forgive me for my absence and know that I'll soon be up to date with everything. Thanks so much for your support guys! :D

The Jammer Wall Update

Hey Jammers! So I wasn't mistaken, the update is today! Thank goodness for that, this is the only thing I've been looking forward to all week, haha...

So without further delay, let's get right into the Jamaa Journal and find out what all the craziness is about:

Oh. Now I can see why people are going insane.

The Jammer Wall was actually revealed through this glitch/leak that swept through everyone's AJ blog overnight a few or so weeks ago. It seems all new features are leaked through glitches, doesn't it? Because the release of the previously mysterious Jammer Wall is now the focal point of this update!

On the second page of the Jamaa Journal there's a video that pretty much explains everything: how to customize your wall, your comments, and that once the wall is finished being tested with members it will open up for nonmembers too.

Actually, nonmembers just can't make their own walls. However, we can comment!

The Jammer Wall button is located beneath the den button. Click it to bring yourself to this page:

As you can see, the Jammer Wall has the same typing glitches as Jam a Grams. Below is what all the buttons do:

Also, the icon bar is back to normal to include the Jammer Wall:

It kind of makes me think about why these useless changes happened. Did AJHQ want to make it so we look at the icon bar first thing? Did they think the wall icon wouldn't fit but then realized it did? I have no idea.

Moving on, surprisingly there's more to this update than the wall? Check it out:

The results are in for a contest that I completely forgot existed for a new Diamond Shop pet! Go buy the super adorable peacock pets for the small price of 3 diamonds and a membership. :)

The much-awaited (by me, at least) Excavation Site den theme is out now in Jam Mart Furniture. Here's the whole set so far, with of course the lamest one being the only nonmember item:

At least we can stay hydrated.

No, not really. Maybe that's just because I haven't gotten online recently tho. :S

No word about Play Wild so I'm assuming it won't come out this update, but probably some other time this month. Last of all for this update, Hyenas are traveling because they're unpopular at the moment. I just learned that's why animals travel on AJ, while endangerment is to teach players about real life endangered animals. Fun fact.

Speaking of Play Wild, I'm not sure if any of you know this because I haven't personally been able to play it, but I found an interesting screenshot off the official Play Wild website:

The room all the animals are in is definitely the Pillow Room, judging by how it looks as well as how I've seen it in Play Wild preview videos. One thing though... a very out of place tea party is going on.

Well, maybe not THAT out of place but weird nonetheless. Anyway...

Beta testers can correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like there's a new party system in Play Wild? Like either a set-up-your-party-somewhere thing– or instead of specific rotating party rooms like on real AJ there are messages that tell you stuff like "there's a tea party in the pillow room!" and you go there and decorations are there. 

I haven't heard about parties in Play Wild so to me that idea seems pretty plausible. 

Am I wrong? What have you heard about Play Wild? Comment! :D

Haunted Sand Pool

Hey Jammers! As far as I know today, there's no real news and the new item is a Rainbow Arch in the Cloud Party– inaccessible by me, the nonmember panda. 

But even though there isn't any official news, I think I may have just found some in the form of a glitch in an item I'm pretty sure is called the "Sand Pool":

It's hard to see not in GIF or video format, but there's this weird glitch going on that I don't believe is supposed to be there. I'll describe it the best I can as a strange shivering blurriness that moves up the middle of the water to the top of the bucket– almost like a ~ghoOoOoOst~!

And yeah, it looks like a few badly photoshopped screenshots, but trust me– go find/buy a sand pool and stare at it. I'm pretty sure that you'll see the weird blob of blurriness.

Fruit and Predictions

Hey Jammers! I haven't been posting for a few days because I've just been overall exhausted by everything lately and kind of hopeless, but I'm a bit more alive now than I was yesterday, so here's a post for ya!

And before I get into the news, a quick thing about my layout: It will eventually be reworked to be prettier and with less eye strain, but for now I'd just like to relax. Ya see, last week when I started searching for backgrounds and stuff, I spent the entire day at the computer formatting and resizing the same graphic over and over again. As you can see, I get very wrapped up in graphic design to the point of insanity.

So yeah, for now I'll try my best to revert my layout back to my old one and just play AJ. I hope it's okay to look at for just a while longer! /).(\

Moving on, it's Monday, so a new and colorful Rare Item Monday is in stores! In this case, it's hidden under the sea in Bahari Bargains.

I would really like this item if only it wasn't red white and blue. In fact, it might have been my favorite members only item if it was colored normally! I hope a regular version is released at some point, only then will I be at peace. ☮

There's not much news aside from this, but just know that this week is FOR REAL THIS TIME the Animal Jam update that will include new things such as:

• Play Wild's official release in the U.S.A.

• The release of the forgotten Archeological Dig/Excavation Site den theme in Jam Mart Furniture, pictured below:

• (Possibly) Updates to the Battle for the Beacon map and/or item stand.

Layout Problems

Hey Jammers! I don't have a real post for today, but I did make a bunch on Tuesday that maybe you missed. Click here to hear about my predictions for what the next new land will look like and click here to learn a cool Hot Cocoa Hut trick. 

Not much news today aside from a new item (The disguise mask, member's only, sold in the Freedom Party) which again, I can't take a screenshot of right now because the next party is in a long time. There's also a pretty helpful post on the Daily Explorer:

Anyway, I spent the entirety of yesterday trying to finalize a new more organized and prettier layout for AJ Stream, and came up with... nothing yet. There are some small visual bugs going on right now due to all the HTML editing which need to be fixed, and I am nowhere near done finding and editing a background. Arrrghh, curse you background sizing limit... >:(

Just know that I won't let my blog stay ugly forever! When I finally make a new layout I'll tell you and let you decide if it looks okay or not. I'll always have my old layout on backup. :)
